All Programs Include Dynamic Warm-Up, Deep Practice, Stroke Shadowing, Footwork, Tennis-Specific Fitness In The Ninja Obstacle Course Gym, Coordination Drills, Tennis Specific Mental Training, Motivation, Master Coaching, Tactics, On The Court And Off The Court Drills, Complimentary Gym Usage, Walk-On Privileges , Complimentary Match Play Saturday 2:30-10 Pm, Sunday 8 Am - 10 Pm.
