Adult Lessons/Court Rental

Cost: $150 per month
Brand new tennis and fitness club offers a lot of programs for adults such as group and private tennis lessons, court rent for members and no-members and video analysis. We serve Toronto and GTA, Vaughan, King City, Woodbridge, Maple, Richmond Hill, Thornhill, Aurora and Newmarket, Markham, Scarborough, Kleinberg, Bolton and Nobleton.

Programs offered 

Adults program designed for players who are interested in acquiring the required skills and tactics to learn and improve their level of play.

  1. Private lessons for all ages and levels $95/hr Level 1 coach, $105/hr Level 2 coach, $125/hr Level 3 coach
  2. Beginners Group lessons $160 per month (1 x week) Ratio 1:4, Monday-Friday, 9-10 pm
  3. Advanced Group lessons $160 per month (1 x week) Ratio 1:4, Monday-Friday, 9-10 pm
  4. Cardio Tennis $160 per month (unlimited) Ratio 1:10, Monday – Friday 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30 am, 9-10 pm, Sunday 10-11 am
  5. Doubles clinics $160 per month (1 x week), Ratio 1:4, Monday-Friday 9:30-10:30, 10:30-11:30 am

Tennis Court rental for members 

  1.  Monday-Friday 7 am – 2 pm $40/hr
  2.  Monday-Friday 9 pm – 12 pm $40/hr
  3. Saturday-Sunday 4 pm – 11 pm $45/hr

Tennis Court rental for non-members and pros

  1.  Monday-Friday 7 am – 2 pm $45/hr
  2.  Monday-Friday 9 pm – 12 pm $45/hr
  3. Saturday-Sunday 4 pm – 11 pm $45/hr

Attention all tennis pros. If you use the court for more then 10 hours a week your rate will be $40/hr.

Cardio Tennis is a high energy fitness activity that combines the best features of the sport of tennis with cardiovascular exercise, delivering the ultimate, full body, calorie burning aerobic workout.

Social

It is a very social and fun class for players of all ability levels taught by a tennis teaching professional or fitness professional. If you’ve never played tennis before it is a great way to be introduced to the sport and if you are an experienced high level tennis player it is the best way to train for tennis.

Engaging and Welcoming

Most classes have mixed ability and some facilities offer classes which are more specific to ability/fitness level. However, regardless of ability or fitness level the Cardio Tennis Leader is trained to provide the ultimate workout for each person.

The Real Thing

A true cardio tennis workout is typically 6-8 players per court, using the agility ladder, Cardio balls (red and orange tennis balls), music and heart rate monitors.

  • To train in your proper heart rate and aerobic zones
  • To burn calories
  • To train for tennis.
